Top Strategies for On-Page SEO 2024

Every website owner aspires to achieve a high rank on SERP to gain maximum audience and genuine traffic. No shortcut will make the website in the top 5 on the search engine until it is paid but still, it does not last long.

Top organic ranking can only be achieved through continuous on-page and off-page optimization.

In this article, our primary focus is on-page optimization which can be defined as:

“The strategies optimized ON website and webpage to improve search engine ranking are called on-page SEO and on-site SEO.”

Multiple elements play a crucial part in optimizing on-page SEO including content, keywords, meta tags, URLs, etc.

    Why On-Page SEO

On-page SEO helps search engines to better understand the content of websites and web pages. So, if the user makes any query that aligns with the information you provide on the website will be featured on SERP. Eventually, the ranking of the website gets better.

The ultimate aim of page optimization is to boost website ranking and increase website traffic with potential sales. Although the process requires patience and time, the result achieved is outstanding.

In this article, we will dig into the on-page SEO elements that directly affect search engine ranking.

    Elements of On-page SEO

Now, no more wait for my dear readers. So, I am moving towards the details of on-page SEO.

    Create an Irresistible Content

When it comes to search engine optimization (SEO), the first and foremost thing, which is fundamental to all other practices is CONTENT. Producing top-notch content is crucial in building an audience and keeping user engagement.

Although other strategies do have their part in on-page SEO, they primarily start with compelling quality content. Let’s take a look at how exceptional content can be produced.

    • Well Researched and detailed Content

Writing content that is thoroughly researched and full of valuable information is important for audience engagement. Authentic information on the website keeps the visitors coming back for more content. This builds trustworthy relationships which is the linchpin to success in any business.

Moreover, writing in detail is not only compelling to users but it also helps the writer to craft content with comprehensive information. So, it enables the exploration of different scenarios and perspectives. Writing in detail also minimizes the repetitive use of similar words hence improving content quality.

    • Unique

Many writers opt for the same topic to write on. The real challenge lies in making yourself stand apart. Maintaining a unique and consistent tone that distinguishes the content from the myriad of other websites is essential for on-page SEO.

    • User friendly

Crafting content that aligns with the user queries and is understandable to them is another crucial tactic for optimizing the website. Search engines prioritize the content on SERP if it truly answers the audience query.

Furthermore, it is needed to take care of keyword density, LSIs, and other content-related strategies.

    Maximize the links’ power

Adding links to the webpage is another important aspect of on-page SEO. This strategy directs the visitors to explore more information either on a similar website i.e., an internal link, or lands on another website i.e., an external link.

A page with links is more easily navigated by web crawlers than an orphan page (a web page with no links). Let’s have a look at how these links help a webpage to rank on search engines.

    • Internal links:

A type of hyperlink that directs to another webpage on a similar website is called an Internal link.

You must have observed this strategy while reading an article on a website where they add a link within the content for the related piece of information on different web pages of the same website.

Look at this example, where a related article link is added from the same website.

    https://www.healthline.com/health/beauty-skin-care/niacinamide#benefits

    https://www.healthline.com/health/home-remedies-for-oily-skin

Adding 5-10 internal links for an average of 2000 words article is considered a good SEO practice. Adding these links signals the web crawlers about the page value and interconnectedness of the pages.

    • External links

Unlike internal links, these hyperlinks target the other domain or in simple words, an external link is a hyperlink that directs the webpage of another website. External links bring credibility to the website akin to receiving praise from other sources.

Therefore, search engines value external links more. External links also improve the user experience by reducing the extensive search hassle and giving a convenient way to access more information.

While adding these links to the content, maintain the balanced link volume i.e., the quantity of links included in the content. These links assist the web crawlers to understand the authority of the web page resulting in improved SEO ranking.

    Speed matters: Page load speed

    Page loading speed refers to:

“How quickly the browser can open a fully functional website.”

This speedy era demands everything to be fast and give prompt responses. So how is it possible for a website with a low loading speed to get ranked on search engines? It’s a big NO.

Therefore, a website looking to get a high rank on search engines must optimize its page load speed of approximately 3-5 seconds. There are numerous free and paid tools including Google’s page speed insight to check the website performance.

Multiple factors play a part in loading speed including web page file size, image compression, and the site’s server. Unlike these factors, overloaded big-sized images, outdated code, dysfunctional servers, etc. slow down the page speed. The process may seem effortless but it is rather intricate and complex.

It is also important to note that page load speed has to be optimized for both desktop and mobile because mobile usage is prevalent for quick searches at any time of the day. A website that is mobile-friendly also impacts SEO ranking positively.

    Page URL structure

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator which is simply the address of each resource available on the browser. Every website and webpage has its unique URL which has to be clear and specified to the information available on the given web page.

Now, thinking about its role in SEO….! It’s the first impression of the web content. A user would click a website from SERP which has a cleared URL. He would love to share with others if they get specific information. Let’s give an example.

Optimize Your Website URLs for Better SEO | Quattr Blog

While constructing an SEO friendly URL, keep in mind the following aspects:

    • Keep the URL short and separate the words with hyphens (-). If words are not separated and written together, Google would consider them as a single keyword and that will negatively impact the website.
    • Limit the use of stop words in URLs such as a, the, to, etc. Keep URLs free from these stop words and try to add Primary keywords that provide context to the content.
    • Avoid keyword stuffing in URLs. Add only once.
    • Limit the folder i.e., forward slash (/) in the URLs. Adding more folders will confuse the audience and will end up low click rate.
    • For content-based websites, use static URLs which never change, unlike dynamic URLs, and provide SEO benefits.
    • Avoid special characters i.e., .,@!/? one can immediately consider them as spam. So only use text, numbers, and hyphens.
    • Web Pages with similar content should be merged to avoid over-stuffing of web pages on the website.

In short, an SEO-friendly website’s URL is short and specific with primary keywords.

    Page metadata

Metadata is an HTML code that provides a description of the web content. It is a short snippet that appears on SERP below the webpage title. The average length of metadata description is 150-160 characters.

Although metadata does not directly affect search engine ranking but plays a crucial role in increasing click-through rate (CTR) which positively impacts SEO ranking.

It is therefore important to put maximum effort into writing user-friendly meta descriptions that clearly answer user queries.

    Schema markup

Unlike metadata, schema markup is structured data that provides details of the content elements of a webpage in a snippet. It can also be understood as the map of web page content displayed in content-rich snippets.

The snippets help the search engine to deeply understand the content elements and increase click-through rates (CTR). Thus, it leads to improved SEO ranking.

Plenty of tools are available to create schema markup codes that enhance the content-rich snippets for the webpage such as Schema.org, Google’s Structured Data Markup Helper, etc.

    Image ALT text

Image alternative (alt) text is a short-condensed description of an image that displays if the image failed to load on the page. It helps the reader to know what the image is exactly about, especially benefitting visually impaired readers.

Additionally, alt text assists web crawlers to understand the content of the image. Ideally, the Alt text should not exceed 125 characters.

    Formatting to enhance readability

After finalizing the content and implementing the other On-page SEO techniques, it is time to format the content to meet SEO requirements. This includes:

    • Incorporating catchy headings with H1 being the main heading including primary keywords followed by H2-H6 subheading.
    • Using bullet points to break down the lengthy content into digestible sections.
    • Splitting the large chunks of content into short paragraphs that are easily readable.

The content that is visually appealing tends to be read more than unformatted content. Moreover, adding a call to action (CTA) at the end of the content also improves CTR and hence improves on-page SEO.

    Key takeaways – EAT principle

Google’s algorithms operate on the basis of the E-A-T principle i.e., Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness. Creating content that fulfills three of these requirements tends to achieve a high rank on search engine result pages (SERP).

All the aforementioned on-page SEO techniques can contribute to ranking at a better position on SERP while aligning with the EAT principle.

    Conclusion

In a nutshell, helpful content well aligned with the best practices ranks on search engines. The EAT principle creates high quality content.  Whereas, On-page SEO makes its ranking easiest.

Therefore, always optimize content by starting a compelling headline, dividing content in proper headings, linking with on page and off page content, using short paragraphs, balance of active and passive voice etc.

Do not forget to use technical aspects like adding schemas, optimizing metadata, using short URLs etc.

  • How to earn money through digital marketing: A beginner’s guide

How to earn money through digital marketing: A beginner’s guide

In a world full of technological gadgets, one would be a fool not to use these resources to earn money. From web development to vlogging, people have found ways to make a living while sitting at home.

If you are one of the people who want to be among these online earners, we are here to walk you through the entire process today. Let’s see some of the never-ending fields available that will help you earn money through digital marketing.

    Content writing

Content writing may be the easiest and most difficult way to earn money online, depending upon how you use it. Content is the king and creative content is the queen. If you want to rule the digital world, you must marry these two features.

Content writing involves creating content for almost everything, including product promotion, affiliate marketing, blogging, or even school homework. You need to express yourself in the best words possible. This field involves thorough planning and analyses. Better the content, better the promotion and better the money.

Here are a few tips if you want to earn through content writing:

    • Avoid using AI tools: Although recent AI tools such as ChatGPT or Jasper AI have developed themselves to be free of plagiarism, you will be caught copying content sooner or later. You may use these tools to help improve content, not write it entirely. Copying off the internet without in depth research will not take you far.
    • Thoroughly research your keyword: The best strategy in content writing is gaining thorough knowledge on what you’re writing. Readers instantly notice when you know your stuff and when you don’t. Also, this will help you know what topics are trending to gain more traffic.
    • Promote your content: social media is your best friend. Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn will take your content to the other side of the world and bring in more traffic for your words.

    YouTube

If you aren’t that good with words, you may be more expressive through pictures and videos. Vlogging is a trend loved especially by the youth. The extroverted human beings who love to post about every moment of the day can make a pretty decent living using YouTube.

Creating a channel doesn’t take time, but monetizing it does. One is required to post regularly and promote using means that will bring in enough traffic to make YouTube see your channel as money worthy.

There is absolutely no restriction in the type of content you post on YouTube (as long as it is clean of course), but there are some policies you need to fulfill to monetize your channel. These include:

    • Having public watch hours of 4000 within at most a year
    • Must have at least 1000 subscribers
    • A linked Adsense account is not a must but a high boost to your account

Your channel may include content like cooking, cleaning, studying, singing, and many others. You choose your interest and get started!

    Freelancing

Some people like to earn project to project. This saves them from the fatigue of having to regularly update your websites and channels. Although, this does not mean freelancing is easy. In fact, making it as a freelancer in this world has become a challenge due to the massive competition. Platforms are far too saturated and one must put in utmost effort to make his or her profile stand out from the others.

Freelancing can be done on different platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, People per hour, or even LinkedIn. Once you have decided which field to work in, put in all your energy in creating a killer profile that is bound to come into view. Here are a few tips:

    • Try to provide services that have less competition
    • Provide more than one kind of service
    • Thoroughly customize your profile including s, sentence structures, and key points
    • Don’t sit around waiting. Make new gigs on multiple platforms

The most important thing in freelancing is patience. It takes time for gigs to rank and gain attention. Give it 3 to 6 months before getting disheartened.

    Provide teaching services

“Teach what you can’t earn” is what I always say. Providing courses to those who want to earn online is another form of digital marketing. It might not be the highest paying job, but the flexible timings and satisfaction one gains makes up for that part.

Teaching can also be done in many ways. You can either provide services to a single student, or make a class of multiple students that will further refer you to more students and before you know it, you’re a teacher in demand!

Teaching services may not necessarily include a single skill. It can be motivational lectures, career guidance, or you may even teach how to teach! You can make a course and sell it online, or you can provide online live teaching services on different platforms. Just make sure you have a grip on what you’re teaching, because there is little room for error in this field.

Work as a social media manager

Social media management is in high demand these days. Most people who earn through digital marketing have little to no time to manage and promote their profiles, and that is where you step in.

This job may be a one-time gig or a long-term project. You can either charge your client to manage all your accounts once, or you can continuously monitor their updates so they can focus on creating more content.

Social media management is one of the highest paying jobs in the digital marketing world. All you need is a skill to promote and knowledge of different platforms and tools that will help you boost your client’s profile. You can test yourself by promoting your own services to see where you stand!

    Conclusion

Digital marketing is a widespread field. The above mentioned are only a few of the many fields that can help you earn online. The most important thing is to find your interest, and be determined to excel in it. Keep on learning as things evolve everyday, and make sure to rigidly stay in what you want to do. If done right, online earning will provide you with much more than what any 9 to 5 job ever will.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How much money can you earn online?

This totally depends on many factors. What field you chose, how much time and effort you put into it, and whether you’re enjoying it or not? If you’re in it for the money and have no interest, you won’t be able to get too far even if you work day and night. Be patient and trust the flow. This field will provide you with a decent living, and may even provide you with a secure future.

What is digital marketing, and how does it differ from traditional marketing?

Digital marketing encompasses the use of digital channels, such as websites, social media, search engines, email, and mobile apps, to promote products or services. Unlike traditional marketing, which relies on physical mediums like print ads, TV commercials, and billboards, digital marketing leverages online platforms to reach a targeted audience, track results in real time, and personalize messaging. Additionally, digital marketing often allows for more precise targeting based on factors like interests and online behavior, leading to potentially higher engagement levels compared to traditional marketing methods.

Can anyone start earning through digital marketing, or are there specific prerequisites?

While digital marketing offers opportunities for individuals with varying backgrounds and skill sets, certain prerequisites can contribute to success in this field. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms are essential. Additionally, having a solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, as well as familiarity with relevant digital channels and technologies, can be advantageous. Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends are also crucial for long-term success in digital marketing. While anyone can start earning through digital marketing with dedication and effort, having a strong foundation in these areas can significantly enhance one’s chances of success.

  • Top Strategies for Off-page SEO 2024

Top Strategies for Off-page SEO 2024

Having well optimized content on your website with no visitors is definitely not a good sign. So, your website needs something new in addition to on-page strategies that alone cannot yield the required results. I have also covered detailed strategies for on-page SEO.

Therefore, your website needs to have a combined effort of on-page and off-page SEO practices to drive genuine traffic and audience to your online content. Here, I have also written a detailed blog on the on-page SEO.

This article is written to pen down the off-page SEO strategies that can yield promising results in boosting the page rank on SERP and website trust between user and search engine.

Let’s kickstart it by first understanding what off-page SEO exactly is.

“The strategies implemented outside the website to ensure trustworthiness and authoritativeness to improve SERP ranking is called off-page SEO or off-site SEO”

    Importance of off-page SEO

Besides all the other benefits that a website gets from an off-page SEO strategy, it additionally ensures the website’s credibility and trust among the audience through social links. It’s just like an endorsement, where some other reputable sources validate the website’s credibility.

In short, off-page SEO helps websites not only improve their SERP ranking but also build trust and credibility in their respective niche to ensure long-term success.

Off-page SEO helps in building domain authority and website recognition which is the core of the GOOGLE ranking principle i.e., E-A-T (Effectiveness, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).

    Elements of off-page SEO

Off-page SEO works through strategies that include social link building like social media sharing, email marketing, Podcasting, etc. However, the core element that gives profound results in Google ranking is backlinks.

    Backlinks

Building links does not only give benefits in personal life but is also important in the digital world. In search engine optimization, getting links is akin to credibility. So, when some other website directs the link to a webpage of your website in an anchor text is called a Backlink.

These backlinks play a crucial role in generating an authentic audience from some other sources. Not only this, it also helps web crawlers to understand the usefulness and authenticity of the website and directs them to rank the website at a higher place on SERP.

Despite all other SEO techniques, Backlinks are one of the most important ranking factors in the Google search engine. It positively impacts the website’s visibility and user experience.

Now, the question is, how can a website obtain top-quality backlinks without expending a cent?

It is indeed possible but it needs both hard work and smart strategies.  Backlinks mandate extensive dedication to creating user-friendly, query-targeted, and compelling content that is extraordinary to read.

In a world full of information and knowledge, writing with a creative approach is the distinguishing element. Roughly no completely distinct topic left on which information cannot be found, it is the creative approach to writing that makes a website unique among myriads of online traffic.

So, the key is creating user-attractive and authentic content. In this way, the website would be able to acquire backlinks over the next little while.

Moreover, creating guest posts, building relationships, writing guest posts, and asking for backlinks are some ways to help a beginner acquire backlinks.

    Social media mentions and shares

In this digital era, everyone is well aware of the impact social media possesses. Social media has gained remarkable attention for frequent online publicity. Therefore, using social media as an off-page SEO tool is the best way to promote the website and gain authentic, genuine traffic.

Moreover, through social media platforms, one can engage in direct communication with the audience and potential customers, leveraging real-time interaction. In this way, genuine traffic can be directed toward the website on SERP hence increasing the click-through rate (CTR) leading to improved search engine ranking.

Although social media is not a direct ranking factor in Google, it still helps to build a brand’s authenticity and credibility thus fulfilling the E.A.T principle, therefore, improving website ranking on the SERP.

The best social platform to increase a brand’s visibility is Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, etc.

    Web-directory listings

A list or catalog of web pages or websites is called an online directory. In the language of SEO, it involves categorizing similar web pages or websites into a list. Just like any other business, these online directories also play a vital role in online business.

Adding the website link to a reputable online directory helps web crawlers to notice the credibility of the website thus leading to better ranking on search engines. It not only improves the visibility of your website but also helps in creating backlinks that are a crucial element of off-page SEO and ranking factor.

    Customers’ review

In this online era, businesses earn credibility through customer reviews and ratings. Reviews of satisfied customers help in boosting sales and improve search engine ranking.

A website with positive or negative reviews can propel you to overnight success or sink in the blink of an eye. Therefore, it is important to ensure credible and authentic services/products. The SERP ranking can directly affect these reviews because it is a key factor in Google’s ranking algorithm.

    Last words

The website’s content effectiveness, authority, and trust with the end users are the key ranking factors on SERP. The off-site SEO is all about how others perceive you. Therefore, improving the ways to build trust and responses on the website is crucial for achieving a top ranking on search engine result pages (SERP).

A collective effort of crafting compelling content, fostering positive reviews, building quality backlinks, and a strong online presence positively influence search engine ranking.

  • A Comprehensive Guide to Create an Engaging Email Newsletter

A Comprehensive Guide to Create an Engaging Email Newsletter

The 21st century is often referred to as the informative / digital age due to the rapid transition from regular progress to digital technologies. This rapidly advancing world demands innovative marketing skills to reach clients directly and engage them with your products and services effectively.

The goal of marketing is the announcement of products and services in an effective way that ensures sales. Therefore, e-newsletters have received a buzz in digital marketing.

    Concept of a newsletter

To segregate the information among your audience, sending regular updates is an effective way to achieve the desired results.

“The word newsletter refers to a letter containing targeted information / news.”

The concept originated in the early 17th century and further evolved into the more advanced form that we are familiar with today.

Email Newsletter – an approach for marketing

Sending emails having news, updates, offers, discounts and promotions is a renowned marketing approach. This method helps companies to directly deliver their product / service information to their clients.

    It can be defined as:

Newsletters are used in email marketing to regularly update clients about the latest trends, sales, products, or services provided by the brand or company.

It can also be understood as: “a miniature newspaper to market the content via email.”

    Purpose of Email Newsletter

Email bulletins are created with the sole objective of “creating brand awareness (including product or service briefings) in addition to exciting sales offers directly to the client’s inbox.”

However, the purpose may vary depending on the aim and targets of the businesses that they want to attain. Such as a clothing brand would create an email newsletter with the purpose of increasing company sales. Same as a blogging website would create a newsletter to inform its subscribers about a new blog published on the website to generate traffic.

Newsletters are “CREATING AWARENESS” which is mentioned above. In turn, they are helping businesses to maintain a relationship with their end users and attain loyalty with customers.

    Types of e-newsletters

Depending on the marketing strategy, email bulletins can be classified into four categories.

    1. Selling Newsletters are written for brand sales, their offers, and their products to achieve sales targets.
    2. Content Newsletters intend to deliver authentic and engaging content to generate traffic on websites and maintain subscribers’ interest in their sites.
    3. Trigger Newsletters are set in an automotive mode which activates when a certain action is taken by the customer or any other trigger pops up. For example, making a purchase (customer-initiated action) or neglecting cart reminders (system-generated).
    4. Transactional Newsletters on the other hand are generated specifically when a transaction, purchase, or any action is taken by the client. It can even include signing up for an online platform.

Moreover, depending on the audience catered for, there are 3 types of e-bulletins:

    1. The Company Newsletters issued by brands or companies to build communication among their clients, employees, or stakeholders. It fulfills the purpose of delivering product information, the company’s spotlight, financial reports, and much more to its audience.
    2. The Consumer Newsletters are generated to build a strong bond with their potential customers to achieve sales targets.
    3. The Organization Newsletters issued by NGOs, clubs, or any similar organization to let people know about their activities and work.

According to an estimate, email users globally have reached 4.3 billion which will increase to 4.6 billion in the next couple of years. This fact depicts the importance of email marketing.

Emails are a powerful tool to deliver product descriptions, Friday sales, coupons, discount offers etc., directly to the customer’s inbox. Therefore, a company or individual must use email marketing as a potent way to disseminate information and build a strong connection with their audience.

Steps to creating an engaging e-newsletter

While it is widely understood that there is a significant impact of emails on the growth of a company. So, it is equally important to explore unique and effective ways to craft e-newsletters that can sustain loyalty and connection for the long term with the end-users.

Here, I am discussing 3 simple steps that will help to craft an effective e-bulletins:

    1. Planning
    2. Crafting
    3. Analyzing and evaluating

Let’s discuss each one thoroughly to know what exactly has to be done to create engaging e-newsletters.

    Step 01: PLANNING

Planning is a broad term that involves every step that has to be taken in the future from creating content, choosing visuals, and finding emails to selecting domains, etc. It involves every little detail that is going to be part of emails. However, we will consider the key points.

    • Finding and listing subscribers’ email addresses

The primary concern of a newly launched startup is to find customers’ email IDs. This can be done by contacting the local General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Moreover, adding CTAs to the website, creating social media ads, or listing emails directly from the clients can also help you grow your customer database.

    • Establishing the frequency

Choosing the e-newsletter frequency or sending interval i.e., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly is an important decision because it sets the subscriber’s expectations, helps to design content, and creates consistency.

    • Choosing the right time

It is also important to plan which time of the day is suitable to grab subscribers’ attention and gain maximum clicks to the newsletter. According to research, sending emails during mid-day gets significant traffic compared to other times of the day. This may be due to the fact that people usually check their inbox before returning to work after lunch break.

    Step 02: CRAFTING

While drafting newsletters, it is necessary to craft them with attractive visuals and a reader-friendly format with concise information. It involves:

    • Topic Selection

Wisely choose a topic for your newsletter to maintain readers’ interest and uphold a brand image. Writing on an engaging topic helps you to maintain subscribers’ interest and commitment to the newsletter.

    • Captivating heading

Initiating an email bulletin with a striking heading grabs readers’ attention and engagement with the content. Many of us do open emails but due to tedious taglines, end up deleting them. Try to create concise and unique heading lines.

    • Writing authentic and targeted information

The key to a long-lasting relationship with subscribers is to satisfy their thirst for information with well-researched, authentic, and updated information. It helps to build brand credibility and grow significant traffic.

    • Adding visuals

Putting relevant images with eye-soothing colors adds value to the newsletter. It helps readers to understand and engage with the content.

    • Devices-friendly format

The most used device at the present time is mobile phones. Therefore, it is crucial to design a newsletter mobile-friendly. It involves text formatting, color usage, image-to-text balance, etc.

It is also important to note that the ideal length of a newsletter is 200-300. So, focus on essential information.

    • Call to Action (CTA)

Wrap up the content with CTA relevant to the company’s objective. For instance, CTA for blogs can be “SIGN-UP” to the website whereas, for clothing brands, CTA would be “BUY NOW” etc.

    Step 03: ANALYZING & EVALUATION

This step allows us to determine the user’s engagement with the content that was sent to their emails. It helps to improve the quality of the newsletter and aids in finding active users. In this way, a long-term connection will be built with loyal customers. Evaluation of the content can be done through:

    • A/B test

A/B test is used to compare the performance of different versions of single web content to examine user experience. In the A/B test, A depicts the original version of the content serving as CONTROL whereas B is the updated version of the same content. Hence, it aids in finding the version to be persuaded further.

    • KPIs Analysis

Key Performance indicators (KPIs) are a matrix used to analyze the performance of a newsletter. It typically involves click rate (No. of clicks on the link added to the newsletter), Bounce rate (number of mails that could be delivered), Delivery rate (depicts the number of emails delivered compared to the sent mails), and unsubscribe rate (no. of readers who opt for the unsubscribe option).

    Conclusion

Successful marketing involves a long-lasting relationship with clients in a promising way to boost business. The digital era has made things easier to do. Sending an offer or promotion or an update via emails is one of those marketing strategies that can help to build a strong community with the audience.

Facts show that crafting an engaging email newsletter results in brand-customer loyalty and increased sales with an increased social media following. Therefore, strategic planning is required to produce top-notch newsletters to ensure traffic generation and sales of the offerings.

Lastly, regular and timely publication with consistency is the key to the success of e-newsletter marketing. It maintains users’ anticipation. The purpose is not only to market the product but to foster a thriving community as well.

So, take a step ahead and build a community through emails.

  • Top 10 Picuki alternatives to secretly enjoy Instagram 2024

In today’s global era where Instagram rules the social media world, it is nearly impossible to keep your life as private as it once was. While one side of the web works to showcase their whole life through pictures and posts, the other side does want to know what’s going on out there, but they don’t want the world to know that they know.

Here is where Picuki comes in. It’s a tool that helps you view private profiles, repost uploads, and most importantly, keep your data secure from hackers and the dark web. However, what’s a tool without alternatives, right? So, here are a few:

    SmiHub

SmiHub is very similar to Picuki. Not only does it allow open access to all services such as viewing Instagram stories, reposting, etc., and all without having to log in to your account. The only thing you might feel is that Picuki displays the Instagram app a little better than SmiHub. But once you start using it, you won’t even notice the difference. And again, no one will even know you’re visiting – cough cough, stalking – their Instagram profile.

    Inflact

One limitation about the original Instagram application is that it doesn’t allow users to download videos and posts easily. Inflact helps you view as well as download the desired content without any limitation. A plus point about this tool is it allows you to view public highlights, and of course, anonymously if you want. What’s more, Inflact allows you to view posts of people who even blocked you!

    StoriesDown

Another Pikuci alternative is the StoriesDown tool. It allows you to view any Instagram post made by any user. Like most other tools, StoriesDown doesn’t require you to sign into your account to use these features. All you have to do is type the username of the profile you want to see and the tool will display all the photos for you to view or save. What’s more, StoriesDown allows you to delete any account you don’t want or need anymore to avoid clustering.

    Gramhir

Gramhir is another alternative to Pikuci, but one plus point about this tool is that it can analyze and see your insights, post to multiple accounts, and save your hashtags. Your insights may include your most attention seeking posts, follow up record, your followers, and many more.

Also, your hashtags may be safe to avoid retyping that helps you grow and manage your account. One feature Gramhir provides that Pikuci fails to give is that you can easily delete your own content or shift it from one account to another.

    InstaXYZ

This is an easy to use Instagram downloader that doesn’t require any sign up or annoying ads that pop up every once in a while. InstaXYZ keeps track of many user’s records and once you start using it, all the trending accounts and posts are shortlisted and presented for you to view and download.

One more thing this tool provides along with trending posts are trending hashtags. This allows business professionals and influencers to market their content and boost their profiles. Just like almost all the alternative tools, this tool also allows you to repost content to many other accounts.

    Pictame

Pictame is a tool that helps keep your secrecy. You can view other people’s content without being noticed. The interface is user friendly and runs smoothly which satisfies the clients. Once again, all the basic features such as anonymous viewing, downloading and saving, and reposting are all provided by Pictame, and that too, without logging in.

    IMGLookup

This tool allows you to browse through Instagram as a guest rather than logging in through your own account. As it was developed by expert people such as writers, web developers, and graphic designers, it provides a user-friendly interface anyone can use. What’s more, you can view private accounts without having to send them a request first.

    WatchInsta

This tool does not require any registration and logging in. It allows you to view and save public and private posts through a user-friendly interface. One feature Pikuci has and WatchInsta doesn’t is the eye-catching interface. However, this limitation is compensated by the fact that unlike Pikuci that mainly works only on iPhones, WatchInsta is also compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Another feature provided by this tool is that all saved posts can be exported as a ZIP file all at once. What’s more, you can recover your data and posts from a deleted account.

    InstaDP

This tool allows you to watch and download reels so you never miss out on anything. Also, once you have downloaded videos through InstaDP, you can watch them anytime and anywhere. This tool allows you to classify your saved reels into different categories so that you can easily navigate through your collection to your desired post. This is a convenient way of sorting your saved reels to watch in your free time.

    4K Stogram

Last but definitely not the least, 4K Stogram is another Picuki alternative. Apart from downloading videos from Instagram, this tool also allows you to edit the video as well as the audio. It is compatible with both Windows and Macbooks that allows you to download and edit videos from public as well as private accounts.

What’s more, there is no limit to how many videos you can download. You can download 1 or 600 of them in one go!

    Conclusion

In the rapidly developing era of social media, Instagram is the king of all applications. Within all the commotion of publicity and awareness, there are some who rather keep quiet and stay in the pavilions. For this, developers work to create tools that make everyone happy.

Picuki and all its alternatives mentioned above are ways of engaging in the media world all the while keeping your life as comfortable as you want to. At the same time, you’re there and you aren’t there. It’s a win-win situation!

    Frequently Asked Questions

Are there more alternatives to Picuki?

Of course! The above mentioned ones are only a few of the many alternatives to Picuki. You might want to try Imginn, Nitreo, or any other freely available tool that provides all the basic features and more.

Is there any tool that has all the features of Picuki?

Well if there was something exactly similar to Picuki, it wouldn’t have been called an alternative, now would it? However, even though there are not many tools that provide a 100% same experience as Picuki does, there are tools such as SmiHub and Inflact that will provide almost 95% of the same experience.

Why would we want to use an alternative?

Although Picuki is a tool developed by experts and basically a renowned company, it isn’t available to everyone. While it’s free and doesn’t require registration, it is limited to only iPhone and a few Android users. Also, the tool is starting to get affected and before it crashes down completely, it’s better to have an alternative at hand in time.

  • Top 6 Successful Blogger Marketing Strategies for Beginners

Top 6 Successful Blogger Marketing Strategies for Beginners

In this era of technology, innovation has led to the integration of forgotten techniques with advanced strategies. Long gone is the time when electronic and print media were different from one another. Now, not only do successful entrepreneurs know how to promote one kind using the other, but they also make sure their efforts do not go in vain.

Since recently, blogging and vlogging have taken up every aspect of the internet. Whether it is for publicity, marketing, or even just for fun, every person has become a blogger or vlogger. Given the new importance this aspect has gained, we shall discuss today a few simple and easy strategies to market your blog effectively and efficiently.

Why should you market your blog?

Speaking from personal experience, you may be as skilled as you may be, but it won’t matter until the world recognizes your talent. In other words, the worth of your effort is defined when people acknowledge what you have to present. For that, marketing what you’ve written is very important.

For instance, there is a product you worked so hard to manufacture. As long as you don’t promote it, there will not be many people other than you who will know about it. Similarly, there is a place you visited, or a routine process you want to share, the best way to do so is by blogging and its marketing.

So, let’s walk through a few simple steps that will help with this promotion.

    Know your audience

While blogging, it is very important to keep in mind who will read your post. You can’t expect a doctor to be interested in what you have to say about computers, and you can’t expect an expert to read your articles about absolute basics. Moreover, knowing what your audience includes much more than just the niche selected. You must write engaging content that will tempt your audience to read your blog all the way through.

Keep in mind that not everyone is a reader. In fact, there is a small ratio of our population that enjoys reading, but these few thousand people do know what writing a blog is all about. So, make sure to consider your audience’s interest before blogging.

    Write engaging content

Every skilled writer is a blogger, but not every blogger is a skilled writer. When surfing through the internet about anything and everything, we find a lot of AI-generated content. Trust me, people know it’s not you who wrote this. They’re just kind enough not to point you out. Now that AI-generated content is out of options, here’s where your skills come in.

Remember in high school when the teacher taught us to put the most effort into writing the introduction of anything? That is what we’ll do here as well. Your opening paragraph must be written well enough to compel the reader to read further. But that’s not all, your blog should be of a kind that interacts with each individual and a whole community at the same time, so no one feels as if this blog isn’t for them.

Also, before randomly diving into your article that will cause you to track away from your actual topic for sure, make sure to thoroughly research your keyword and relevant content. Here is complete guidance to write an engaging blog.

    Promote through social media

Now that we have a well-researched and well-written article in hand, it is time to show it to the whole world. To make sure your effort reaches the other side of the globe, social media comes in handy. All you need to do is upload your content on every available and relevant platform and share it with others. This global village will do the rest for you. But do remember, plagiarized content will not take you very far in this world.

Here is our blog on how to promote your blog through social media.

    Stay up to date

Blogging is not about staying in one niche forever. Bloggers must know what the world is talking about and write on the most recent topic to keep the world engaged in their posts. To do this, you may join group chats and newsgroups to keep yourself updated on what’s going on in the world.

    Interact with your audience

Even though many people say that what’s hidden is the worthiest of all, this might not be the case when it comes to blogging. When readers comment on one of your posts, they are thrilled when their inspirational figure responds to what they have to say. Another way of doing this is by joining forums such as Quora or Reddit and giving your audience a chance to interact with you outside of your blog. People like what they can reach.

    Collaborating blogs

Before you question this strategy, know that no one can take your worth away from you. It might not be the best strategy, but it is one to consider, which is why it is placed at the end of the list. Collaborating with other bloggers will not only boost both your content, but a fused effort will help you gain new insights. Do make sure to lay your interests and differences on the table before collaborating though. This will help sort things out much easier.

    Conclusion

Blogging is not only about writing the content. If you are your own writer and manager, you must know the importance of marketing your efforts. The only way to stay in this competition with over 6 million people is not to back out and give it your all. That being said, it is important to work harder but smarter so you don’t overtire yourself and achieve what you’ve worked for.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Why is it so important to market your blog?

Well, for one thing, you do it for yourself. After spending a decent amount of time and effort writing about something, you feel the need to share it with every person possible. Secondly, blogging is a full-time job that pays well if done right. You earn by doing what you love, so it’s a win-win situation.

Which strategy is the best to adopt?

There is no number one and number last in adopting strategies here. If I were to say, I would advise you to pay thorough attention to the writing of your content. As long as you write engaging content that compels the reader to read till the end, it will be very easy to market your content.

Which social media platforms are the best for promoting your blog?

The best social media platforms for promoting your blog depend on your target audience and the type of content you create. However, popular platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are commonly used for blog promotion.

  • Best strategies to grow blog organically

Best strategies to grow blog organically

Writing an engaging blog is the first and foremost step ever when you intend to grow your blog and generate traffic. Here, in my other article, I also have discussed several ways and strategies to be opted to write an engaging content.

Generating organic traffic on the blog may take more time, but the result is far more than expected. It ensures the credibility of your content and engagement with readers. Paid ads rank searched pages on top of the SERP results. It may help you attain immediate clicks on your website but that does not persist in the long run.

Moreover, many users do not believe in paid content. So, growing a blog organically is essential to generate consistent traffic. Therefore, I am highlighting the most effective ways that pivot in gaining organic reach. It is a game of patience, but it’s all worth it in the end.

    Let’s begin with amazing tips.

    Choose a topic wisely

It is the most critical step when you plan to boost the blog. Choosing a niche, and writing specific, well-researched content play a crucial part in generating organic traffic. Although writing an article on your favorite topic may excite you, it will not help you to rank on top in SERP.

When the aim is to bring traffic without paying hefty amounts, it is important to write about people’s interests. Several paid and free tools are available on the internet to find the most asked questions from the readers.

    Create Spicy headlines

After topic selection, it’s time to create click-worthy headlines. Eye catchy headlines ensure 90% of clicks on weblinks. Well optimized headlines increase chances of appearance on search engines when a related query is searched.

Usually, Google allows 70 words for taglines that emerge on SERP, so rearrange and write accordingly.

While designing tags, keep in mind that curiosity is human nature that quests to find new things. Creating a headline with a curiosity element is the first step to get clicks.

    Crafting words according to query

It is important to understand the target audience for which an article is written. Try to balance the LSIs relevant to the topic and audience. Also, it must be understood that on whatever topic you write, think and search maximum queries that people may search for. So, try to integrate such keywords and information in your content.

    Use Long-Tail Keyword

Long-tail keyword refers to those queries that have more than 3 words which serves to narrow down the search intent and find specific information rather than general topic. For example: searching for “Vitamin C” is a general topic whereas searching for “which fruits have a higher value of Vit. C” is the long tail keyword.

Long tail keywords are different from LSIs in many ways. LSIs are relevant terminologies of the main heading whereas long tail keywords are extended forms of tagline. It can also be understood as “the targeted query in the search engine is long tail keywords whereas contextually relevant words in the search engine are LSI.”

For example: The LSI for shoes is “footwear, running shoes, shoe styles, etc. whereas the long tail keyword for shoes would be “comfortable shoes for women with high heels.” Long tail keywords may involve WH questions.

Hence, these keywords play a crucial role in engaging the right kind of audience. These are less competitive and have a higher conversion rate. According to an estimation, 20,000 audiences can be engaged in a span of 6 months organically when using the right and related long-tail keywords in the blog.

    Add relevant Visuals

Visuals play an equally important part in blogs because it is much easier to convey messages through images or illustrations as compared to text alone. Additionally, colors can significantly improve audience engagement. Therefore, integrating content-related visuals into articles can help to attract the right kind of audience with subsequently increased traffic.

    Adding CTA

CTA (Call to Action) guides readers to explore other posts on the site. Audiences that engage with CTAs have a genuine interest in the blog content. Therefore, it is important to add contextually relevant internal and external links in the CTAs.

You can add popup for newsletter, contact form, and share buttons etc. in your content.

    Improve On-Page SEO

A combination of practices made to optimize a web page for better user experience and improved search engine analysis is called On-Page SEO or On-Site SEO. It comprises the optimization of meta tags, content, internal links, etc.

While discussing on-page SEO, it is crucial to understand the need for internal links and backlinks to improve the search engine ranking of sites organically.

Internal link drives traffic from one blog post to another within the same blog site. In this way, visitors remain engaged and explore more related content. Whereas, backlinks or external links help to divert the traffic from one blog site to another. These links send a signal to search engines that the blog contains content of readers’ interest which is searched frequently. In this way, the blogging website achieves a higher ranking on SERP.

    Guest Blogging

Guest blogging refers to the type of blogging in which an article has been written for a website while retaining the personal identity as the author. In the author’s credentials, links can be added that lead back to your own blog site.

Hence it is important to choose a guest blogging opportunity for a site with substantial audience engagement, as this can help to direct the audience to your own blog site. Ultimately, an organic audience would be generated.

    Promote blogs on social media

Nowadays, spreading information through social media is like wildfire in the forest. Sharing links to several social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., and social media communities with relevant hashtags can help to capture a better audience.

Consistent posting with strategic use of hashtags boosts the blog’s visibility. Also, direct interaction with readers builds a community that ultimately becomes traffic to your blog site.

    Conclusion

With a strategic combination of high-quality content, On-page SEO, and updated information, generating traffic to the blog free of cost is absolutely possible. The process requires lots of patience and consistency, with targeted efforts. Using social media rightfully can help the blog to widen audience engagement.

The key takeaway is to couple consistency with directed efforts yield results. Neither of them works effectively in isolation.

  • Avoid Keyword Stuffing Right Away Google is penalizing

Avoid Keyword Stuffing Right Away Google is penalizing

When starting the journey of SEO writing, the most common terminology one can hear is KEYWORD. Users type related words in search box of a search engine. Different links appear on SERP page. A writer create content on different searched queries after their analysis.

But what happens if the write uses searched queries in his content so often that it sounds unnatural in the context of the content??? It is then said to be “Keyword Stuffing.”

    History

In the initial digital era of the 1990s to 2000, when Yahoo led the search engine, Keyword stuffing was a means of ranking high on SERP. However, with the advancement in algorithms, and especially after the Google, this technique becomes a major setback to websites.

From now onwards, Google penalizes, and de-indexes web content overloaded with keywords. And search engines label this approach as Black hat SEO. Therefore, we highly discourage using black hat tactics. In the long run, such methods cause immense loss to websites.

    Definition

Google has published some spam policies that de-rank the content on SERP which also includes Keyword stuffing, Google defines it as:

“Piling up the web content with similar keywords without context or unnaturally to manipulate search engine ranking results”

Take an example to better understand it. Let’s say ‘automobile’ is our main phrase and the content produced against this keyword would be:

Looking for information on automobiles? You have come to the right automobile place. Our automobile website offers automobiles for sale, automobile reviews, and automobile tips. Explore the latest and wide selection of automobiles with our automobile service today……………”

Here, it is clearly visible that the “automobile” has been used in excess without the need, producing dull and unnatural content.

    Keyword Stuffing Pitfalls

It has serious consequences. Below are listed some of the reasons to avoid it:

    • It negatively impacts user experience because the content sounds inhuman.
    • It is a negative SEO technique that will promptly de-rank the web content.
    • Pages with overuse and repetition of key phrases will immediately be penalized if web crawlers notice keyword spamming.
    • Moreover, search engines may permanently delete and de-index web pages.

    Methods of Doing Keyword Stuffing

Here below, I am discussing some methods of keyword stuffing. All these techniques manipulate SERP page for the desired results. So, search engines label such approaches as black hats.

Let’s take a look of them one by one.

    Visible and Invisible text

Using primary key phrases repeatedly in unnatural way in your content to engage the audience is called visible keyword stuffing.

However, if such keywords are employed invisibly, such as matching the font color with the website, or using them within meta tags to hinder them from readers is called invisible keyword stuffing. It attracts the reader’s attention easily.

    Spamdexing

It is a comprehensive term that encompasses the techniques employed to maneuver SERP results. This tactic is also referred to as Web-Spam. It can be done using different approaches such as:

    Article Spinning or content spinning

As the name suggests, it is the method of spinning or rewriting another’s piece of content using different key phrases and words with the aim of generating genuine and original work.

    Cloaking

Delivering different pieces of content to readers and search engine spiders to attain a high rank in SERP without creating unique and authentic content.

    Doorway page

Another approach in spamdexing is to create low-value and low-quality web pages for certain key phrases to rank high in search results. It typically involves redirects and adds zero to a low value to the knowledge of the reader.

    Metadata Stuffing

The HTML tags that provide insight into web page content and consist of relevant information are called meta tags. So, stuffing metadata means to add repetition of key phrases. Sometimes, SEO professionals flood metadata with such words that are not even related to the content.

    Analyzing keyword density

The first and foremost way to identify stuffing is by analyzing keyword density. Here is the formula to identify repetition of primary or target key phrases in content. Also add LSI words in your blogs.

Keyword density = (total no. of times a keyword appears/total number of words in the text) *100.

The recommended density is 1-2%. So, if the article is about a “healthy lifestyle”, this keyword should not be more than 20 times for a 1000-word article.

    Strategies to avoid Keyword Stuffing

There are numerous ways to create top-notch content without overloading it with primary key phrases and targeted SEO words. Let’s explore some of these methods.

    1. Put all your effort into producing well-researched and quality content for the audience. Not only will this set you apart, but it will also expand your vocabulary, eventually reducing the risk of spamdexing.
    2. Writing a reasonably long and detailed article is another effective way to get rid of repetitively used similar words. Long articles necessitate the inclusion of more information and scenarios, hence leading to the use of a greater variety of words and phrases.
    3. Incorporating synonyms also adds value to the content and helps to reduce the repetitive use of primary key phrases.
    4. Adding long-tail words into the web content resolves the issue because they are less competitive and target specific user queries, reducing the likelihood of consecutive repetition.
    5. Use the primary keyword naturally in the content. Also avoid forced insertion of the primary searched queries.

    Conclusion

Keyword spamming is no longer an SEO-friendly technique. Widely used search engine GOOGLE has updated its algorithm and strictly de-rank and penalizes such website which are using black hats’ SEO.

It is always better to stay consistent with quality content rather than manipulating search results to rank higher which eventually falls you down. Producing genuine and authentic content while following standard rules will eventually pay you back and last longer. Here we have another blog on writing Google loving content.

Adapting ethical SEO techniques along with producing users’ friendly content is the way forward for sustainable growth and ranking high on Search Engine Results Pages (SERP).

  • Artificial Intelligence: The Game-Changer for Blogging 2024

Artificial Intelligence: The Game-Changer for Blogging 2024

Artificial intelligence stands out as one of the most innovative technologies in our era, causing significant disruptions. Its usage is expanding rapidly across the globe. From finance to the healthcare field, AI has changed the ways tasks are executed. Its arrival in the world of blogging has completely changed the game.

It is one of the coolest things I’ve witnessed. It is like having your own digital assistant for discovering content. In this article, we will explore the ways AI is transforming blogging and how one can make use of it.

    How is AI transforming blogging?

AI has brought about a revolution in numerous industries, and it has great impact on blogging. Writing a blog using advanced algorithms and natural language processing creates, enhances, and refines the quality of content.

The usage of advanced tools is on the rise, providing bloggers with assistance by recommending relevant words and phrases and even completing their sentences during the writing process. These tools strengthen bloggers ability to write more efficiently and accurately, significantly reducing the time spent on content creation.

Algorithms analyze vast datasets, including user behavior, social media trends, and search patterns, to generate content that is relevant, trendy, and up-to-date. As a result of this, not only the blogger’s research time is saved but also their content stays contemporary, and they can easily relate to and connect to their audience.

The capability of artificial intelligence to foresee trends can help writers stay one step ahead in the rapidly evolving digital world.

The AI-tools to enhance your blog

AI is automating content generation. The emergence of programs like ChatGPT, Grammarly, Quillbot, Evernote and Yoast SEO saved a lot of time of content creators. These smart programs use machine learning and language natural processing to help bloggers create and publish interesting and clear content.

Let us take a look on some of these tools.

    Grammarly

Grammarly is a writing partner for instantly generating clear, compelling writing while maintaining your unique voice. From grammar and spelling to style and tone, its suggestions are reliable and comprehensive.

    Yoast SEO

Yoast SEO is ideal for bloggers. It makes sure that search engines can find and understand your content. It will help you rank highly on Google. It offers suggestions to improve the visibility of blog posts online.

    Hemingway Editor

The Hemingway editor makes your writing bold and clear. It suggests ways to rephrase your writing in a way you wouldn’t have thought of. It assesses the readability of articles and gives suggestions to improve it.

    Evernote

Evernote is an excellent note-taking tool. It helps to create a personal space for all your important ideas and information. It allows bloggers to capture ideas and research across various devices, enabling effortless organization.

    Thesaurus.com

It is an online resource that provides a collection of synonyms and antonyms. It serves as a valuable tool for writers who want to diversify their vocabulary or find alternative words to make their content more engaging.

The drawbacks of using AI-driven content

Like any other technology, artificial intelligence also has many limitations, that are:

    Emotionless content

While advanced programs like Word Tone and Grammarly excel at suggesting words and phrases, they might lack the emotional connection between the readers and the content that human writers usually incorporate. AI-generated content might, at times, sound artificial and unnatural.

    Lack of creativity

AI might sometimes be unable to generate creative content as it utilizes existing information on the subject to generate content, drawing upon the insights and ideas of others in the process. It can be said that it scans our previously available content to generate new content.

    Authenticity concerns

In AI-generated content, authenticity concerns arise. This is due to the potential difficulty in distinguishing between machine-generated and human-created material. There can also be chances of errors in this content.

While using AI programs, you may have noticed that a prompt or a disclaimer appears on the screen, warning us about possible errors. For instance, while using Open AI, there appears a warning that states “ChatGPT can make mistakes. Consider checking important information”. Therefore, bloggers should show extra care while generating content from ChatGPT.

    Difficulty in writing unconventional topics

As artificial intelligence uses existing information to generate new content, it is difficult for it to write and generate content on those topics that are unconventional and not common. It encounters difficulties when addressing highly specialized or unconventional topics.

The do’s and don’ts of using AI-generated content

For maintaining authenticity, credibility, and ethical standards in their content creation process, bloggers should keep in mind these do’s and don’ts of using auto generated content:

Check the authenticity and language tone

Monitoring auto generated content is necessary due to its potential for in-authenticity. Bloggers must ensure that the authenticity of their content is not compromised. Auto generated content contains repetitive words. It also lacks context between different paragraphs and lines of the content. This content may also contain generalized statements.

    Don’t rely solely on AI

Such content may contain errors and lack emotional value. It’s better to have human involvement instead of solely relying on programs like ChatGPT. Bloggers must keep their unique perspectives intact.

Avoid using auto generated raw content

The creativity and innovation brought by human writers may be lacking in purely auto generated content. The ideal level of quality and accuracy can only be achieved by optimizing auto generated content.

First check plagiarism. Replace auto searched information with updated stats, facts and figures. Add proper connections between lines and paragraphs by using words such as like, so, therefore, since, hence, moreover, however, in addition to, etc. These connecting words will create context in your content.

    Combine human and AI insights

By combining human and AI insights, we can produce content that is informed and well-rounded by balancing their unique strengths. Bloggers should integrate such insights with their own expertise to create a comprehensive perspective.

    Conclusion

To sum up, Artificial Intelligence has transformed many industries. Blogging has also become its victim. Blogging with AI involves creating, enhancing, and improving the content using advanced algorithms and programs.

The evolution of technology is altering the landscape of content writing. As technology progresses, bloggers will uncover more advanced tools that enable them to create, curate, and personalize content in ways that were previously unimaginable. The magic of artificial intelligence cannot be denied, but its limitations must be acknowledged.

We do not recommend to solely rely on artificial intelligence. So, bloggers need to keep in mind the value of authentic content and their creativity.

Verily, humans are best at creating master pieces from their thoughts. Robots are its time tested example. To truly distinguish yourself as a brand, don’t rely solely on artificial intelligence.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How are bloggers using AI-powered tools to create their content?

AI-powered tools aid bloggers by suggesting relevant words and phrases, and even finishing their sentences during the writing process.

Is it possible for AI to replace bloggers?

In my opinion, it is not possible for artificial intelligence to replace bloggers. The main reason for this is that the AI language models are not capable of adding value. Due to the limitations of artificial intelligence, bloggers’ future is quite secure.

What must one keep in mind while using AI generated content?

AI-powered content may contain errors and lack emotional value. It’s better to have human involvement instead of solely relying on AI. To truly establish yourself as a brand, avoid relying exclusively on AI.

While the more conventional styles of marketing and advertising such as TV commercials, newspapers, billboards and flyers are now primarily used by big budget companies, small to medium-sized businesses rely more on Facebook ads for better outreach and cost effectiveness.

However, it can be easily argued that the world of digital marketing can be visibly divided into two distinct eras. One before the invention of language model AI tools such as ChatGPT and the other after it.

In a world where AI is free to use, it feels counterproductive not to use it for boosting your business online. It’s like refusing a free opportunity that can potentially make you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Is it wise to miss such a chance?

So today, you’ll discover the ways you can harness the power of AI to quickly generate effective Facebook ads.

But first, you need to understand.

Basic Structure Of A Facebook Ad

A Facebook ad is composed of:

    • Caption: It’s the top most part of the Facebook ad that you can see above the video or image. The length varies depending upon the level of audience awareness. However, the main purpose is to convince the audience to take the next step.
    • Creative: The video or image used in an ad is called the creative.
    • Headline: The one line seen below the creative seen next to the link.
    • Description: The limited text seen below the headline.

Proven Frameworks For Writing Effective Ads

Writing a Facebook ad is distinctly different from writing a Facebook post. The people who specialize in writing Facebook ads and other forms of copy are called copywriters and the entire field is a part of direct response marketing.

However, there are some proven frameworks that have been used by expert digital marketers and copywriters and you can use these frameworks to write compelling ads.

Three of them are described below:

    HVO Framework

This framework is popular because it’s perfect for short form copy such as Facebook and Instagram ads. Here’s the breakdown of HVO framework:

    • H: Hook: Hook the audience with an attention grabbing headline, description and first few lines of the caption. The aim is to stop the audience mid-scroll and make them read the entire copy. Bonus points if your ad creative also manages to capture their attentiveness.
    • V: Value: Describe the value your product or service provides and how it can transform their lives for the better. It is also useful to describe what your prospects will miss out on if they do not act urgently.
    • O: Offer: State your offer and explain how it is a no-brainer and the best solution to their problem followed by a powerful Call-To-Action describing the exact steps they need to take next in order to get this offer.

    PAS Framework

This framework is equally good for writing Facebook ads. Here’s how it works:

    • P: Problem: State the biggest problem your target audience is facing. This could be the biggest pain point they’re trying to get rid of or the biggest desire they want to sprint towards.
    • A: Agitate: Now agitate their pain point. Expand on their problem and explain what else their current problem is making them go through. Some people find this part unethical, particularly if you’re focusing on the pain points rather than building up desire by stating the dream state and additional benefits your target audience can achieve with your product.
    • S: Solve: Solve your prospect’s problem by stating your product or services as the obvious solution and end it with a compelling Call-To-Action so that the audience knows what to do next.

    AIDA Framework for Raising Awareness

The third framework that’s widely used by expert digital marketers is AIDA:

    • A: Attention Get your ideal client’s attention with the help of a hook. The more it’s based on their biggest pain point or deepest desire, the more likely it’s able to grab their attention.
    • I : Interest Pique their interest so that they read further. The more time they spend reading your copy, the more likely they are to buy.
    • D: Desire Once they’re invested in what you have to say, it’s time to build up some desire. You can do this by highlighting the benefits they’ll get with the help of your product or by using scarcity to create fear of missing out. Or even use both. The choice is yours.
    • A: Action Next comes the final step of a powerful Call-To-Action. It’s time to tell your audience the exact step they need to take in order to achieve their dream state.

Effective ChatGPT Prompt To Quickly Write Great Ads

    Now comes the juicy part.

Here’s a template you can use for ChatGPT to write Facebook ads using proven frameworks. Just log in to a free ChatGPT account and write:

Hey ChatGPT. You’re now a world class copywriter who’s a pro at writing Facebook ads copy. I want you to write 3 different ads for *product/service* targeting *ideal customer avatar*. Use *name* framework to call out their *biggest pain point/desire*. The copy should be concise, persuasive and *any other adjective you want to use* and it should end with *Call-To-Action*

To elaborate further, here is an example:

Hey ChatGPT. You’re now a world class copywriter who’s a pro at writing Facebook ads copy. I want you to write 3 different ads for organic hair oil targeting middle-aged women living in Canada and suffering from hair loss. Use the AIDA framework to call out their dream to have beautiful, healthy hair. The copy should be concise, persuasive and conversational and it should end with “buy now”.

Now, the purpose of asking for three different versions is because by no means, is ChatGPT the perfect copywriter. However, there is no doubt that it provides an excellent foundation for you to work on. Just keep in mind the proven elements of persuasion and with just a minor tweak, your copy is good to go.

    Conclusion

The online marketing space has been changed forever with the invention of language model AI tools such as ChatGPT. However, the output is only as good as the input and it is essential to have basic copywriting knowledge to assess the results generated by ChatGPT.

Knowledge of proven frameworks including HVO, PAS and AIDA can exponentially help in writing effective Facebook ads.
